How does it work?

- Qualify candidates as a potential fit through preliminary screening, personal in-depth interviewing, and confidential background checking with previous employers and peers.
- Present the best of the best and coordinate interview schedules. Management Recruiters of Durham South has private interviewing facilities available for confidential hiring, or simply to get away from the distractions of your office while interviewing.
- Complete follow up after the interview with candidate and client to determine interest level, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Continue the process until a successful match has been arranged.
- Assist with preparing an offer that will be accepted. Having candid discussions with both candidate and client to determine realistic salary expectations are essential to the process.
- Assist candidate with resignation process and prepare them for possible counter offer.
- Continuous follow up with candidate and client after employment begins to ensure that it is the correct match.
