Retained Search: A very structured, top priority, and exclusive process where we will concentrate our search consultant and project staff’s attention to do a thorough search to your exact specifications and specialized requirements. We offer you the benefit of in-depth executive search skills plus the industry knowledge and contacts our consultants have built over many years in the Executive Search Business. We have set up a defined process to completely understand not only the requirements, but also the personality and chemistry fit for your organization. We submit a cover bio and evaluations for each candidate (a minimum of three) who have been thoroughly interviewed, screened, and are interested in your company. We will provide replacement guarantees, personality profiles, and reference check of all candidates presented. Our engagement fee is due in three equal installments, the first of which is due at the initiation of the search.
Engaged Search: Our consultants offer you an exclusive process and a partnership in your talent acquisition process. Candidates are presented to you for your review on an exclusive basis and are thoroughly screened for the right fit into your organization. We have real-world experience in the industries we serve and know the talent you need to hire and how to reach them. An initial fee is required to initiate the search process and the remainder of the fee is due upon a candidate’s acceptance of the position.
Contingency Search: Our search consultants and project staff will allocate available time to each contingency search. We will search available information and network with a specific group of individuals to identify qualified candidates that meet the specific requirements of the position. We will do reference checks and verify degrees of the selected candidates. Our fee for this search is based on a percentage of the selected candidate’s first year’s compensations and is due at the successful conclusion of the search.
Contract and Temporary to Permanent Hires: Sometimes companies find that they face a shortage of key people needed to complete important projects. Sometimes hiring freezes make in impossible to add permanent staff. Sometimes they just want to explore a new avenue or have a chance to see if a candidate is a perfect fit before making any long-term financial commitments.
We offer contract staffing to help fill those needs. We become the company of hire. What does that mean to you? No overhead, no payroll or payroll burdens, no paying for benefits, and no hassle. You only pay for the hours worked. At the end of the contract, you then have the option of bringing on the candidate as a permanent employee.

Project Staffing: Management Recruiters of Durham South can assemble an entire project team to work exclusively on your behalf. The team is managed centrally. Your communication will be with an Account Executive or Project Manager.

Relocation: Management Recruiters of Durham South offers no-cost relocation services including cost-of-living and lifestyle analyses, investment rollovers, and preferred moving, mortgage, and real estate programs. Our relocation services significantly reduce costs and headaches associated with moving new employees.
