Jacob graduated from North Carolina State University in 2006 with a degree in Political Science. His first job out of college started the fulfillment of his passion to deal with people, recruiting for one of the top 10 largest staffing companies in North America. His experiences in helping candidates find rewarding positions confirmed his desire to remain and grow in this line of work.

Although his initial assignment was extremely beneficial in learning the fundamentals of the recruiting profession, the long-term prospects for advancement in a reasonable timeframe appeared limited. The opportunity at Management Recruiters of Durham South to become a Project Coordinator, in preparation for an Account Executive job, seemed to fit his career path perfectly. He joined MR of Durham South on May 14, 2008.

Although Jacob’s previous recruiting focus was IT-related, he will now recruit across a broad spectrum of industries. His great communication skills and abilities to quickly learn new recruiting methods, coupled with his drive to become an Account Executive, will greatly contribute to his future success. Like two other MR of Durham South employees, Jacob is bi-lingual and speaks fluent Polish. He emigrated to the U.S. from Poland at the age of 11.
