Lori has been with Management Recruiters International for 11+ years, three of which were in an Account Executive position, and the last eight years as President of Management Recruiters of Durham South. As a successful recruiter, Lori has been a Pacesetter and Account Executive of the Month for the North Atlantic Region; as a Manager, she ensures that her Account Executives are highly trained and operate at the highest level of ethical standards when working with client companies and candidates. Specializing in the Electronics Industry, Lori has placed a large number of candidates in executive positions (e.g., CEOs, COOs, CFOs, etc.), senior-level management jobs (e.g., VP & GMs, Operations Managers, R&D Directors, Sr. Staff Scientists, Controllers, VP Marketing & Sales, etc.), as well as middle and lower level professionals. She covers virtually every discipline within R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and Marketing and Sales. Her expertise is in the passive and active industries (including a very broad range of discrete and integrated semiconductor products), as well as electronic materials such as ceramics, conductive polymers and other hi-tech compounds.

Lori's relationship with her client companies is founded in mutual respect, based on her commitment to complete ALL search assignments. Starting with a thorough knowledge of the job requirements, communicating with hiring authorities in an effective and timely manner, and having the ability to research the industry to find the right candidates, her record of success speaks for itself. Lori believes that you must have the ability to visualize the job requirements and skill levels needed by the client company and successfully communicate these to potential candidates.

Lori has set a policy with her Account Executives that they have the permission of the candidates before sending any information to client companies. With the exception of "confidential" searches, this ensures that the candidate has knowledge of the company and a thorough understanding of the job requirements before a resume leaves her office. She believes in professionalism, honesty and ethics, and trains her staff with the same beliefs.
