In his roles as Project Manager and Internet Researcher, Steve works closely with Lori Bush in the Electronics Manufacturing industry recruiting talented technical candidates. He also conducts advanced searches and prescreens candidates. His other duties include handling routine office operations, computer systems and network administration and serving as webmaster.

Steve graduated from Mankato State University cum laude with a BA in Experimental Psychology and did a semester of work towards a Ph.D. in Education. He is also a graduate of AIRS I&II. His background includes work as an International Instructional Radio Consultant for USAID and 7 years as General Manager for Radio Baha'i in South Carolina. He is fluent in Spanish and understands elementary Portuguese and Farsi.
