The management of MRI of Durham South welcomes the latest addition to our Account Executive staff, Mr. Terry Conlon. Terry will primarily specialize in the recruitment of candidates in the Accounting and Finance fields, filling positions ranging from senior and executive-level management jobs (e.g. CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, etc.) to mid-level management positions in Financial Systems, Fixed Asset, Compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc. With today’s business processes typically integrated by various ERP systems, Terry also brings a wealth of experience and will make a valuable contribution to filling clients’ needs in these areas.

Holding a BSBA Degree (concentration in Accounting and Economics) from Michigan Technological University, coupled with a CPA certification, Terry combines these educational credentials with an impressive list of senior-level industry jobs that truly qualifies him to bring the “best of the best” candidates to companies needing talent in the Accounting and Finance fields. Prior to joining MR of Durham South, Terry served as the Regional Controller of Vishay Intertechnologies, Inc.’s operations in North and South America. In that role, he had total responsibility for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Vishay’s centralized Accounting Shared Services, and the implementation of Financial Systems using SAP-FI and other SAP modules. Terry is also experienced with the implementation of mid-range ERP systems such as Microsoft’s Navision. Other professional senior-level jobs he has held include Senior Financial Management positions at Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution, Inc. and Nortel Networks.

Terry’s broad-based background in Finance and Accounting provides an unparalleled understanding of clients’ requirements for specific positions, which will naturally translate to sourcing the most qualified candidates to fill these roles.
